Tony Pickett is vice president of Master Site Development at the Urban Land Conservancy, where he leads ULC’s largest vacant land development: the 9.4 acre Park Hill Village West site, located along the University of Colorado A-Line, which opens in April 2016. He is directing the implementation of Denver’s 303 ArtWay, a new nine-mile urban bike/pedestrian cultural arts trail linking multiple ULC investments across Northeast Denver. He is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Architecture, Art and Planning and a strong advocate for holistic and equitable neighborhood development efforts.
