Mark Joseph is an associate professor at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University and director of the National Initiative on Mixed-Income Communities. Steven LaFrance is president and chief executive officer, and Nancy Latham is chief learning officer of Learning for Action, a professional evaluation consulting firm based in San Francisco. Rachel Garshick Kleit is a professor and head of the city and regional planning section at the Knowlton School of Architecture at The Ohio State University.
