Timothy O'Brien

Timothy O’Brien is a PhD candidate at the University of Houston whose dissertation is about the successful 13-year battle to save the Allen Parkway Village housing project. He recently gave a paper at the Urban History Association’s biennial conference on Lenwood Johnson and APV.
